 You will be asked to present a valid WV Driver's License or WV Non-Operator's ID and a second form of ID to verify your current address to open an account.  Periodically, we will check to be sure all contact infomation is correct to ensure quality service.

Borrowers may checkout a total of 20 items per card. Please note some limits may apply. For more information, please see the Borrowing Guidelines Page.

New borrowers may check out two books at a time for the first 30 days of establishing a new account. New borrowers must wait 30 days before checking out DVD's, or Audio Books.
