Meeting Room Agreement: PDF / Word
Taylor County Public Library offers two conference rooms available at no charge to non-profit organizations, agencies and groups. Both rooms are located on the upper floor of the Library. Wi-Fi access is available. A Meeting Room Use Agreement is required prior to use of the rooms. Provision of meeting rooms does not constitute endorsement by Taylor County Public Library, the library board or staff of the groups or individuals using the room or their beliefs.
Meetings are to be held during regular library hours with the exception of library sponsored events. The Board reserves the right to withdraw permission for the use of rooms or reject applications where there is a conflict with library activities or programs, which have priority. Youth groups are encouraged to use the rooms but must have constant adult supervision. Meetings may be scheduled by any TCPL staff member and should be scheduled one week in advance.
